I know very well the market of my country (Hungary)and the client is from outside(GREECE)

Actually, it depends on whether or not you are proposing to an EXISTING client or a POTENTIAL client. If you already have a contract with the client, then your fees should have already been determined. If you are proposing to become the pr representative counselor for the client, then it should be negotiated and included in the contract.
