I just got a huge EXTRA land tax bill going back 5 yrs under the Land Tax Mgmt Act. How can this be stopped?

Answer:
There are a lot of people who received this surprise tax and they are all understandably angry as it goes back 5 years and the shop owners didn't budget for it.

It is a crazy law that you can't get around. It is worth complaining to your Member.
