i sent in the wrong canadian tax return, i missed one of my 4 t4s, what do i do?

i sent it in, and they sent me refund check, though when i add in my last t4 i actually owe a small amount of money,
Answer:
Fill out a t1 adjustment form for the tax year and add the amount of the t4 to the appropriate line on your return and apply it to the appropriate tax year. Send to CCRA, Not a problem.
