Question:
I am thinking of changing jobs. Ive been at current job for 6 years. They are good to me, but do not keep me very busy. Also, I am in customer service and they are really late on a lot of jobs and struggling to keep any of the customers happy. I blame this on poor management. Anyways, Ive been offered a different job with just about the same duties. It pays more. Its farther away (45 minutes) but starts an hour later. Im really nervous and dont know what to do. Ive been here a very long time and just had a baby and they have been so patient with me as far as drs. appointments and time off goes. I really need serious advice please.

Answer:
Career planning is a continuous development process through which we attempt to understand our personal, family, school, work and community experiences and the significance they are likely to have in building career and choice of lifestyle. We need to identify opportunities and to identify options. We need to examine our personal interests and skills as they relate to a variety of career opportunities to help us make appropriate and realistic decisions. Keep in mind that the goal of exploring career is not just employment but a purposeful of integrating our personal interests and values with the kinds of work that are most satisfying for us.

Resource from yahoo answers business question and answer: How do I find out about vacancies? Is there a field that doesn't require any specialist qualifications? Thanks!
I received a 'reward' from Britannia Building Society because I have a mortgage with them. The reward was £40.62 with £8.12 tax deducted. On my tax return, is this dividend or is it some other kind of income?
which field pays more? and which field typically requires more time at work (working, even if at home, or wherever)
