well I a short time ago finished my 2nd interview at bestbuy next to the GM ultimate Friday Aug 3, and I suggest it go smoothly, he asked me same question similar to the 1st interview and after ask if I want to apply for another position. and said he will only just nickname me back

But until presently they haven’t call me rear however. What should I do? Did they hire someone else? Should I own gotten hire on the spot?

Tell him the usual bullshit…I love your place…I want to start tomorrow.etc etc
they are watching you and another guy..gain into him NOW!
First convey him a thank you message.

Just speak something resembling "I really appreciated the prospect to interview near you on Friday August 3. The interview re-affirmed my belief that this would be a watertight position for me. I hope you see me as a virtuous fit for the group..
Basically thankfulness for the interview, I appreciated the time, I still want the errand.

Do that tonight or even tormorrow. Then on Friday telephone him "To ensure he get your thank you letter" and ask him where on earth he is surrounded by his hiring ruling.

If he have already made his conclusion, I am sure that he would own sent you a note truism you did not attain the mission.

As for hiring on the spot, almost nobody does this, unless you be the single interviewee or the lone qualified contestant.

Why don’t you phone call the GM and thank him for this time and afterwards ask what your current status is?
If they did hire someone else, consequently he should describe you and you can find another position. Or he may submit you the work on the phone - you hold zilch to lose.
