Question:
I have finally decided that I do not want to go back to my old job after having several reasons for quitting. But after being at this new job for over a week- i still dont like it… i wourk for some one who is lazy, disorganised, does not listen to what i have to say…etc. I have started to look for another job elsewhere…but i feel so lost and so stupid right now for quitting this new one that i just started. but I REALLY dont like it. there are times where i feel like walking out. I have considered temp service…but im not so sure. what you you guys think i should do?

Think about your sanity and well being. If you are unhappy with your job then get out. Since you were there for a short time don't worry about it. Just don't put that on your job application. If you enjoy temping then go for it. Just be prepared to be waiting on calls when there's no opening. That's what temping is. They will call you when a person is on leave or quits and they need a temp to cover until they get a permanent employee. The good part about it is you get to do different things and if you do your job well and they like you, they will put you on permanent. Look around, make calls. Figure out what you truly want and go for it.
