Perhaps a picky tone, the use of unshakable words, etc. I’ve sent out forty resumes within my paddock thus far, solely to receive one response. My resume have be checked by two individuals for any grammatical errors, and I’ve be told my resume looks great. But, it desires some "oomph". Any guidance?
