Question:
For those people who think that they have reached their success, please share your experience.

What kind of Job did you have when you graduated from the university?

I graduated in 2005 with a degree in Finance and have been working in an investment company since then. Despite the good people, opportunity to grow, salary, incentives and benefits, I realized that this is not the kind of job that I’m interested and have the passion for- without that factors, it’s difficult for one to excel. I’m interested to start my own business than to earn from paycheck to paycheck.

Question: Is it a wise decision for me to quit the job and pursue my interest (despite the fact that I don't have any definite plan for my next move?)
What worries me is if I were to continue staying at this job while deciding what my next move will be, in 5 yrs, I see myself still deciding on my career path.

Serious answer only, please.

Answer:
It looks to me that you answered your own question, it worries you to stay while you desire to pursue your interest. .There is an old adage, “Do what you love, the money will follow”. And another, “Better to have tried and succeeded (or failed) than not to have tried at all.” Get moving……..
