IMO, associate scope nurses are every bit as skilled as BSNs. BSNs are more groomed for regulation positions, however. The two year point is more hand on during their clinical portion of conservatory and prepared to step within when starting employment. The 4 year scope is more book acquaintance and not hand on. Yes, you could potentially brand name more money within the long run but, when most employer hire clean grads they are offered alike settle.
