My occupation is a recruiter for a local edge, usually I will conduct the 1st stage interview session near the select candidate for sale executive to sale & marketing organizer. Is at hand any "rules-of-thumb" or a set of question to conduct the interview so that I could thoroughly eyeshade through the candidate until that time proceed to 2nd stage ?
