why do petential employer frustrate jobseekers near experience, it is simply impossible to gain experience when not a soul wishes to pass you the opportunity to start from somewhere. I tried to apply for trainee accountant post but wat suprised when i hidden that i hold to enjoy 2 yrs experience to apply, who on soil have that characteristics of experience and is still a trainee, sounds stupid, any design on why this is will be highy appreciated.

I come up with alot of companies look for experianced culture to hire at entry even positions as a money to search out cheap labor. Maybe they don’t even hold somebody working here next to satisfactory experiance to over see somebody contained by training so they really obligation relations who already know how to do confident job.
