Seriously, if you’re an hourly member of staff I’m pretty sure the imperative requires that you be salaried for travel time contained by this sort of situation. If you’re on take-home pay I don’t muse you own any legalized recourse, but I’m not a labor advocate.

My inclination would be to steal 12 hours comp time, no thought what to do give or take a few gas. This is assuming I’m not desperate to finance at the company, because I could see this primary to a glum review for not human being a squad player (ironic, isn’t it?).

They cannot really ‘FORCE’ the member of staff if they dont want to, but they can fashion it on compulsary significance they should still pay(or remuneration deduction) even though they will not attend the said movement.
