Walmart's subsidiaries include Sam's Club, and a group of stand-alone grocery stores called Neighborhood Market.
As for Lowes they are a completely separate and non-affilliated, publicly traded corporation, as far as I can see on any financials page. No connection to Wal-Mart at all.
