I work at a restaurant, where on earth lately we’ve have a problem near body accidentally throwing silverware and ramekins into the trash and later going away them in attendance. This is costing the company $1500 a month to replace, or so say the mediator.
The solution to this is that at the expire of the dark the loads of rubbish will be reopened and the team will own to sift through it to find the missing flatware.
At first I thought this MUST be a kid, but apparently it have happen at other stores contained by like tie up.
My give somebody the third degree, if someone told you that contained by direct to save your post as a server you would own to sort through adjectives of the scrap from the evening, would you do it?

A server make intensely little money. If I have that employment, I would lone do it for the overtime, and I drag it out for 4 hours, near plenty whining and complaining to hand over the boss a headache.
I am no stranger to tough and dirty work, but the thought of giving a headache my unreasonable boss and have him or her pay envelope me overtime for it might be worth it.
PS: Someone is stealing the flatware, it is not person tosssed out by twist of fate.
