Question:
I have a mortgage and 3 lines of credit with them and have never had worse customer service in my life. The loans were all sold to Citi from other lenders so I am kind of stuck. Has anyone else had similar dealings?

Answer:
My sister and I both used to work for them. They are a horrible company to deal with! We were actually made to call customers who were late on payments or getting close to their payment dates and try to talk them into getting additional loans. They would actually say things like “Get em when their down” referring to customers. We left because we could not take the deceitful business practices.
