I mean aren't we working together to make thinge run well at the work place so why when higher-ups get a title to their name they can't speak, they look down on those who work just as hard, some become as if they never knew what the step down was like, someone please tell me what is the big idea.

its just power play and they probably think it will make them feel better or look better to people above them in rank. they are usually miserable culls. just remember we were all created equal.
