My best friend is file for divorce and doesnt hold abundantly of money but i be thinking maybe she can use her credit card.

most lawyer don’t adopt credit cards. they probably don’t even hold the facility to bill the credit card company. a check is the most adjectives form of payoff for official debts.

It depends on your grip. If you be padding ruin, later NO legal representative is going to appropriate credit card payments. But if it is something close to a divorce it would be up to the individual attorney. Some will adopt them, and some won’t because they don’t want to own to promise next to the processing fees. She should consult beside several attorneys and see what respectively one say.

If it is a markedly simple and uncontested divorce she might want to look at a paralegal department or mediation. These are collectively much cheaper than respectively side have a legal representative. But I would not recommend any of those if at hand are any disputes as to assets or child custody issues(if any).
