I bid on 2 items on Ebay over a month ago and sent off a cheque to pay for the items, the seller contacted me to say the cheque didn%26#039;t turn up, I then asked her to let me know her paypal address so I could pay her via paypal and got no response, last week I had an unpaid item reminder and messaged her twice asking for her paypal address still with no response !

Yesterday I had a message saying she had filed two unpaid item strikes against me, I have messaged her yet again saying I will pay for the items and to let me know her paypal address, still with no response.

I have tried the help pages on Ebay but I don%26#039;t seem to be able to get her phone number to speak to her.

Is it right only the seller can remove the unpaid buyer strike ?

Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

Open a dispute about the *****. lol

Even if she has for you, it gets taken to the resalution centre and you sort it out there.

This happened to me, some people are complete wankers on ebay. My advice for th future, always use paypal. If anything happens they can bck up that you paid for it and its much safer.

Hope everything gets sorted out for you :D

firstly was your cheques cashed?, you dont need her paypal add to pay her, when on ebay if you click pay with paypal it goes there, log in and the sellers name and item are there, all you do is click pay, and it goes to her account, on ebay go to help top right corner, go to transactions problems, then num 2 on that page, hope it works out
