Can we sue the CC company for contacting in-laws, and giving them my social deposit numbers and stuff. No perception how they get their numbers, even I dont hold their number… If its a possibility later how can I do that, how expensive is it? currently I owe next around 16K.

Thanks

Collections officer own masses different ways to pick up phone #’s and other contact information for your friends and relatives. It’s impeccably endorsed for your in-laws to be contacted if they are trying to seize ahold of you on the subject of a delayed contribution. Legally, they cannot administer out your SSN (really, why would they enjoy anyways?) Instead of wasting time suing them, why don’t you basically conduct yourself approaching an developed and wages your bills??

Daryl sounds similar to a trash bill collector.

I’m not sure why a credit card company would dispense out your soc. number. It serves no purpose within my mind. The just item I can see in your mind`s eye is they are trying to find you and thought that contacting the in-laws would prompt an angry phone beckon from you…and later pow they know where on earth you are.

Truthfully, you can sue for anything. The material sound out is can you win.

Can you sue the credit card company? Yes.

Would you win? No.
