I own a record of a few distressed properties contained by totally different areas that are NOT on MLS. I have need of comps to digit out which is best to buy. But I don’t want to mislead a realtor and debris his/her time pulling comps for me when I know the realtor will not profit from the Dutch auction. Zillow is not other accurate. Neither is Trulia. Are at hand online services I can subscribe to to catch CMA short bugging a realtor? Thanks!!

Depending on where on earth you’re located, the inaccuracy may be related to the reality that some states are “non-disclosure” states, implication they can’t disclose the mart prices of homes except surrounded by spot on circumstances. Texas is one of these states.

Zillow and other sites won’t be much assist if you’re looking for accurate information.

I surface zillow.com is probably the best source or you can catch the comps by march down the court house or public history department and estimation the files on adjectives of the homes that are immediate and that enjoy similar specs.
