Actually, she almost CAN’T. It would be a conflict of interest for her to represent both party. Is she trying to attain you the best selling price, or is she trying to attain the buyer the lowest price?!!?!?! She can represent both party, but both would own to agree to it within writing. I, for one, would probable not agree to that if nearby be any negotiate room at adjectives contained by the house. How would she more or less mediate those conference?
Tracking her other diversion will be a meaningless excess of your time .
