Emmie, it is better if the owner isn’t present. Buyer can sometimes label comments, that you might thieve offense to. So it’s better if you lug a bearing for an hour and fitting exercise too!. Personally I close to the owner to be present when I look at a house because it make the house surface lived surrounded by and a lived-in house is more inviting to me. Likewise I resembling to be present when someone comes to look at my house so I can answer any question they might own and take a "feel" of who they are and whether they approaching the house.

I reflect on the seller should not be there the first viewing. It can be greatly humiliated for the potential buyer, especially if they do not close to the property. For a second, third, etc viewing, I can see how it may be functional for the seller to be in attendance. But afterwards again, the realtor is getting rewarded to answer question between buyer and vendor. Let them do within profession too!
