Good luck, the renter flea market is swamped. If possible, look for students contained by a professional circulium, similar to nursing students. If they share the duplex, near is a better indiscriminate they can wages the rent and will probably hold it rented longer.
you can find righteous renters if you narrate the agent working for you or if you are doing the checks

to craft sure their credit, employment, rental history and criminal situation is checked out.
FYI, alot of property manager (agents) notify you they checked credit and they probably did however they do not bring up to date you if they own moral credit.
