I live in a small town in South Dakota, and the rent is exceptionally cheap. A lot of farmers go out of business. Corporate farmers bought them out, so near are profusely of leave houses surrounded by the corn belt. Sioux Falls and Omaha won’t enjoy it, but virtually every town will hold a cheap housing open market.
