How can I find a GREAT personal virtual assistant?

I prefer a company NOT a freelancer because I’d hold recourse if the individual I be working next to be worn-out out. Are here companies close to GetFriday.com and Brickworks out at hand that aren’t overwhelmed beside business but costs are similar?
